La taille de la parcelle et les contraintes impos\u00e9es par la commune r\u00e9duisait la taille de la surface au sol et nous a donc oblig\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler verticalement.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>L\u2019acc\u00e8s au terrain se fait sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 NORD de la parcelle via un chemin long d\u2019une trentaine de mettre et bord\u00e9 par les voisins.
